Forensic/Archives is a working group organized through the Duke University PhD Lab in Digital Knowledge focused on Eyal Weizmann’s work on Forensis. Our idea is to spend a year working through the concept of forensis/forensics as not only pertaining to notions of evidence but also to notions of truth, community and aesthetics. Throughout the year we’ll be building on the relationships between forensis/forensics and the archive with the hope of undertaking a hands-on project.
