This week’s chosen readings are two chapters from Charles Mann’s 1491: “Amazonia” and “The Artificial Wilderness. We will also screen Journey to a Land Otherwise Known (2012, 21 min) by Colombian visual artist and filmmaker Laura Huertas Millán.
