Add three easy steps to your checklist:

[1] Mark your calendars for our Information Session on Undergraduate Funding on January 15 @ 4:30pm at the Lab. We’ll talk about independent research, Duke in Brazil, summer opportunities with faculty, and more. We are located in Bay 5 of Smith Warehouse, Room B189.

[2] Take a Portuguese or Brazilian Studies course this semester — there’s still time to enroll. Priority for grants will be given to students with language skills and who have expressed interest in learning about the political, cultural, and natural environments of Brazil.

[3] Reach out to one of the Global Brazil Lab’s co-directors. Their expertise covers a wide range of disciplines, and they would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
