Federal judge Carlos Henrique Borlido Haddad, who is on the faculty of the law school at the federal university of Minas Gerais; and Leonardo Barbosa, staff attorney at the Chamber of Deputies in Brasilia will give a talk at Rubenstein, connected to Perkins Library, on how the current political crisis in Brazil can be thought of constitutionally.
