This program is hosted by the Duke Center for Jewish Studies. Each year both undergraduate and graduate can pursue independent research in numerous fields about Jewish students. Projects have ranged from traveling to different countries in order to explore queries or conducting work for an honors thesis or independent study. In addition, your project does not have to be strictly in Jewish Studies. It can be in any relevant field such as religious studies, women’s studies, history, or even biology.
