The first is &#8220;Internal Programs.&#8221; These are directly involved with Duke University and many are already funded. The second is &#8220;External Programs&#8221; which is not directly affiliated with the University, but these opportunities help prepare students for conducting work similar to the Lab&#8217;s. A majority of these programs are language courses.
