Amanda Starling Gould

Amanda Starling Gould is currently finishing her dissertation, Digital Metabolisms: Mapping a Digital Environmental Humanities, at Duke University. Her project traces the complex intersections of digital media and the environment, and questions the absence of environmental thinking from digital theory. Her current teaching and research topics are digital environmental media studies, environmental humanities, global ecologies, Eco-Critical DH, and sustainability through permaculture.
