The Weekly Monster workshop series was held in New Orleans as part of Prospect New Orleans ‘The Lotus in Spite of the Swamp’, curated by Trevor Schoonmaker. Students and staff from the NOLA based organization Youth Empowerment Project (YEP) worked with artist and FHI Social Practice Lab director Pedro Lasch as they developed their own work and also trained to become instructors and facilitators for additional public workshops held at Prospect 4.
