Brogan Hannon

Brogan C. Hannon is a first-year doctoral student in the Graduate Program in Religion (Religion, Aesthetics, and Society track) at Duke. His work focuses on the social, economic, and political dimensions of religious media (particularly textual media) in late medieval and early modern Europe. He assisted with Dr. Gay Byron’s investigation of the Ethiopic manuscripts housed at the Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library, and is now working with Duke Latin MS 120, a fifteenth-century Book of Hours originating from southern Germany.
